Argh, how frustrating!
To delete your page, log in to FB, go to your page and click on “edit page” (top left, under the picture). Then, at the top of the editing page, you’ll see the name of your page (next to the pic) with some options underneath: “Back to page | View page | Delete page” – click on the option to delete it, and you can start again with the correct settings.

Hi There!
Great info. So I started to do my FB Page, and I wrote in my signature, but it didn’t like what I wrote and asked me to do it again–so I did, not realizing that it had defaulted to “local business” and now the “info” area is just times my store is open….which isn’t right for me, but I can’t figure out how to delete my fan page and start again. Can you help?
